LaSViT is a Czech-based designer and manufacturer of bespoke lighting and glass installations and objects. We create lighting and glassware collections in tandem with some of the world’s most influential designers, as well as with up-and-coming talent. We are making the designers of the future.

The name LaSViT is composed of the Czech words for ‘Love’ and ‘Light.’

Our mission is to bring beauty, happiness, and a piece of the Bohemian soul to clients worldwide, and thus change the world for the better. We are a young company, but we build on the centuries-old glassmaking tradition of northern Czechia. Back in 2007, we set our goal to become the most inspiring glassmakers in the world, and each of the past eleven years has taken us further on our journey. We have already brought the beauty of glass to hundreds of clients, and our work is featured all around the world, from Miami to Shanghai.

The respected know-how of Czech artisans had been handed down from generation to generation for over 1000 years. To get the magic just right, our glassmakers must grow up with their craft, and practice it their entire life. our company follows the tradition of the Chřibská glassworks, which opened its gates in 1414.

Leon Jakimič, steers the company with the utmost respect for this tradition, but also with a boundless optimism for modern technologies and cutting-edge design.

We keep pushing the frontiers of the possible in all that has to do with glass art works. our engineers have developed innovative designs that do magic with light, letting it dance around to the sound of music, and play with all its diverse shades and colours.
